Ongoing management fee
20%
of booking revenue + GST
We charge a 20% management fee, but only when your home earns. That covers everything: guest communication, pricing, cleaning/maintenance coordination, restocking, our tech stack and direct access to Thomas.
Booking Revenue
We charge a 20% management fee on booking revenue only, never on the cleaning fee
