- Maintain property insurance and liability coverage
- Authorize Homello to manage your Airbnb account (with consent)
You are solely responsible for the condition, legality, and safety of your property.
5. Fees and Payments
Our management fees will be clearly outlined in your service agreement. By using our services, you authorize Homello to collect fees through Airbnb disbursement or invoice, as applicable.Additional charges may apply for cleaning, maintenance, or emergency services.
6. Cancellations & Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice as outlined in the service agreement. Early termination may be subject to cancellation fees depending on the terms agreed.
Homello reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if you violate these Terms or local laws.

7. Liability & Disclaimers
Homello will make reasonable efforts to manage your property professionally. However, we are not liable for:
- Damages caused by guests
- Loss of income due to platform outages or booking cancellations
- Acts of nature, theft, or vandalism
- Regulatory penalties due to inaccurate or withheld information
Services are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including logos, text, graphics, and service descriptions, is the property of Homello and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use our branding without written consent.
