Hi, I'm Thomas.
Before founding Homello, I spent years in the US leading performance strategy at one of the fastest-growing short-term rental startups. I worked closely with Airbnb, Booking.com, and other major platforms, learning how their systems work and how to maximise revenue. I returned to Auckland to bring that expertise home and raise the standard of short-term property management for both guests and homeowners.
Homello is a boutique, Kiwi-owned property management company that combines big-company expertise with small-company, hands-on care. We bring a modern approach to property management, using smart marketing, up-to-date technology, and a true understanding of what makes homes perform, what today’s travellers want, and how to leverage that to help owners earn more.
